Hotel Entrance: Please enter through the Temporary Guest Entrance, located near the Empire Ballroom (the first doorway along the driveway). Valet and self-parking services remain fully operational at this entrance.
Your Massage Sanctuary: To ensure a quiet, peaceful experience away from lobby construction noise, select mid-week massages will take place in dedicated, private guest rooms.
Check-In: Please arrive and check in at the Health Club reception desk at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Our team will warmly welcome and escort you directly to your treatment space.

Important Treatment Information
RMT Services: All massages are performed by Registered Massage Therapists. Insurance receipts and direct billing options are available.
Pricing & Fees: Prices do not include GST or the 15% automatic service fee/gratuity.
Couples Massages: Couples treatments must be booked manually over the phone to reserve two therapists simultaneously. Please call us at (780) 429-6423 to check availability.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you; late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full treatment price to the payment method on file.
