Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full treatment price to the payment method on file.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will receive treatment for the remainder of their reserved time and will be billed the full price of the booked service. For direct billing, insurance will only be billed for actual treatment time rendered; any remaining balance will be charged directly to the client as a non-billable late fee.
